Retreat Terms & Conditions

Refund Policy:

All retreat payments are non-refundable, and exceptions cannot be made. If canceling more than 30 days prior to the retreat start date, your package is transferable to a future Bali retreat, OR you may sell your package yourself at the value purchased to another individual or change the name on the package; however, you must do that and handle the exchange of money privately. If you choose to sell your reservation, we will happily attempt to connect you to someone on the waitlist, but we will not process any refunds or charges of any kind. If canceling within 30 days of the retreat start, all packages are non-refundable and non-transferable, with zero exceptions. Should a payment be more than 7 days late, the organizer has the right to cancel the package.

Media Release

By making this purchase, you understand that you are attending an event where photography, audio, and video recording may occur.

Your entry and presence on the retreat premises constitutes your consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded and you consent to the use of your voice, image, and likeness without compensation in film, videotape, photography, and/or sound recording of this event and for marketing and promotional purposes, and you agree to release Justin Michael Williams Inc., Soulshine Bali, and retreat organizers and representatives from any liability on account of such use.

Travel & Cancellation Insurance

To join the retreat, you are required to have travel insurance. Please be sure that your insurance policy covers you for any relevant SPORT ACTIVITIES you plan to engage in on your retreat, and covers you for TRIP CANCELLATION. Depending on the policy and conditions, travel cancellation insurance will pay for some or all cancellation fees. With most agencies, insurance must be purchased within 14 days of making your reservation, and 14 days prior to departure.

We love Travelex Insurance,  World Nomads Travel Insurance or Cover More Travel Insurance. 

Release of Liability 

The retreat participant agrees that Justin Michael Williams Inc., Soulshine Bali, retreat organizers, partners, and their representatives shall not be held liable for any injury, damage, loss, or delay experienced by the retreat participant.

By making this purchase, you agree to these terms and hereby release Justin Michael Williams Inc, Justin Michael Williams inc. partners, Soulshine Bali, retreat organizers, and their representatives from any and all responsibility or liability.

Covid-19 Policy:

Refunds will not be issued related to vaccination requirements or any other COVID policies. Indonesia currently requires double vaccination or medical exemption to enter. 

Should the retreat not be able to take place related to COVID travel restrictions or Bali not being "open," the retreat will be moved to a future date, and all packages will be transferred to a new date. No refunds will be issued. We consider the international Indonesian border “open” so long as there are no quarantine requirements to enter. 

If you experience any symptoms of Covid-19 while on the retreat, you will be required to take a test. Should you test positive for Covid-19 during the retreat for any reason and under any circumstance, you will be required to leave the retreat and move to a nearby hotel at your own expense. No refunds will be offered. This is one of the reasons travel insurance is so important, as it may be able to cover or reimburse you for unexpected costs (depending on your plan).

Trip does not include airfare or lunchtime meals.
